Cellular Structure Workshop: Mathematics +Grasshopper Via Mantis 2013

The evolutionary Cellular structure workshop was experimentation on the growth of architectural geometry to produce an abstract and homogeneous generative structure system. It presented an algorithmic process where the initial generative rule was based on the growth of Cellular Automata (CA) unfolding and sectioning techniques were used to fabricate various prototype logic of natural systems.

The workshop provided the participants with Intro for Using Rhino, Grasshopper, Mantis, and Mathematica for pushing the computation limits. Also, theoretical lectures about Cellular Automata, Generative design, and fabrication techniques were presented.
